So, for the past week or so I haven't really counted calories. Definitely eating better foods though. However, at the same time, I am looking slimmer. Maybe not slimmer, but fitter. Lots more definition in my legs, a bit in my arms, and even a little in my tummy. I'm feeling alright, I suppose. Stocked up on more healthful foods. I've began reading this books called The China Study. Just from reading the intro and a bit of the first part, I can tell it is going to be intense.
Trying to get school stuff settled. Gotta change my classes, because, well, according to the RateMyProfessor website, the teachers I had signed up for were crazy hard and didn't teach out of the book. Sorry, I'm hearing impaired, I don't do well in lecture-only classes. I hate teachers like that. Don't make us buy a $120 book if you're not going to use it! UGH!
