Okay, so I thought about how everyone eats more calories to make the weight come off slightly faster... I tried it this morning but I went over bad tonight!!! LOL

Diet Calendar Entries for 08 August 2010:

Lol! Hey did it rain by you today? It did here for like 5min. My kids were at the park and their hair barely got wet. Haha only 3more weeks of this extreme heat. So did you find a gym close to you? I'm sure LVAC is close by. I'm not liking the contract part though but I'm stuck now, so I better use it right?! Hoping your tomorrow goes better for you :D. Have a great night!

The is a gym at th rec center... I havent gone yet but I am planning to this upcomming week. Going camping with my hubby and his family this weekend, so I figure after we get back. It rained the day before a little but not much.

going over occasionally is exactly what our bodies need sometimes. WEIRD! lol. i hope that's the case for you, and im sure it will be. i hope you enjoyed yourself :)

that is my problem when I try to eat like "regular diet" amount (like 1200 calories) I end up going overboard and then some! That is why I am best under 1000 calories- I know I can eat whatever within portions and it is honestly an easier number to do math with. But its OK I agree with others every body needs to get the calories upped a little here and there so your body doesn't think it is in starvation mode or whatever. :) you're doing great

Well I weighed myself this morning and it didn't seem to work LOL! I weighed the same as I did 5 days ago! Going dancing with my sister tomorrow night to burn off a ton of calories!!!! Wish me luck LOL! Weigh in is Friday morning!

LOL! Well, I didnt eat much yesterday because I slept in and I weighed mysef this morning just out of curiousity and I lost 1.2 pounds..... Hmmm, strange.
