Starting once again. Try, try, try again.....Never give up! I am now going to Silver YMCA on Tuesday mornings. I am going to be more cosistant in getting moving. My schedule is not totally active, but not totally sedentary. On Mondays I have free time. On Tuesdays I have Silver Sneakers from 9:30 - 10:15, I volunteer at Centegra McHenry Hospital from noon - 4:00, I have bible study from 7:00 - 8:30. On Wednesday I volunteer at Centegra McHenry from 9:30 - 3:00 On Thursday I have bible study, I get to the Chapel at 7:45 to set up and get coffee ready, bible study is 9:00 - 11:00, then I volunteer in the bookstore until 2:00. Friday is a free day. Saturday is a free day. Sunday I go to church. Every other Sunday I work the bookstore. I get there by 8:00 to open the bookstore, I leave around 1:00 after I close the bookstore after the 11:00 service.
