Ok, so , day 1.Going to do this if it kills me! I've GOT to lose this weight or it WILL kill me! Not losing it for me, losing it for the boys. So I can be the mom they so desperately need.
Since my youngest got the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes, I've had to do some dietary changes so, why not lose weight too?
