I want to loose the weight but dont know how. I dont eat pork only turkey bacon but when i eat turkey bacon and an egg seems like i gain weight. I really need someone to help me because i would love to be 155 by summer.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
