I'm really proud of myself. I have seriously stressed out and I have not used food to cope. I'm down about 6 pounds. I still have a lot to go but today I'm feeling good about it!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
