This is officially the 3rd day of my diet, and I am happy to say that I am sticking to it! I have never felt more motivated in my life to lose weight. Celebrities, family, friends, shoot even strangers surround me with their inspirational weightloss stories and I am INSPIRED. My biggest inspiration though comes directly from my son Anthony, who I plan to be around for as long as humanly possible. I want to lead by example for him and loose the much neeeded 100 lbs. Currently I am eating the following:
Breakfast- 1 cup of Protein Shake 1 cup of White Grapefruit Juice 1 Cup of Water
Morning Snack- 1 Greek Yogurt
Lunch- Salad composed of Lettuce, carrots, 3 large egg whites, and dressing (catalina mixed with olive oil). 1 cup of White Grapefruit Juice
Midday Snack - 1 Apple
DInner- 1 cup of White Grapefruit juice Brown rice and vegetables
Angel please increase water intake.
