Well ate at work again BIG MISTAKE I'm weigh over on points and fat. I'll try not to do that again. I was to busy to have time for my snacks. I stayed pretty active all day though it's really hard to put exercise in on my office days because I'm not constantly in at my desk there are so many other things I have to do jumping up and down to do things. I'll just put in the best I can.

I didn't walk this morning it was raining but I feel I got in a good deal of activity anyway at work. I'm worn out.
