Today is an "eh" day, as was yesterday. I know it doesn't show in my food diary, but I was feeling like CRAP yesterday - my stomach was being really weird whenever I ate or drank anything, even water. No no, it's nothing like I'm pregnant or anything, but today I still had a little bit of that feeling. It's mostly going away now, but in addition to that, my allergies have been REALLY bad, and I've been waking up super early. Super early might be relative, but I stay up til 2-3am normally, and when I wake up at 6:30-7am wide awake, it kinda sucks. So I ended up taking a nap today.

Now I missed my workout yesterday because I wasn't feeling good at all, but I have today or tomorrow to make it up and still be on track for my Wii 6 week Challenge. Right now I have a food baby from the Avocado Burgers we made (I was gonna eat even more than I planned but I'm so stuffed, I'm glad I cut my portion in 1/2 PRIOR to cooking)... AND I think I've saved room for my new favorite thing in this whole world: SPUMONI ICE CREAM!! (Only 120k pr 1/2 cup and seriously, if you scoop out 1/2 a cup it's not actually as small as it sounds.)

SPEAKING OF BURGERS... no WONDER Americans are all fat. We went to Walmart to get burger stuff, and the cheapest beef you can buy is 320 cal per 4oz. So that's a 1/4lb patty, for 320. Add a bun, typically above 150 calories. Then add a slice of good cheese, usually 80-100+ calories. Not to mention mayo, ranch dressing, or whatever else people want to put on a burger. So I wouldn't scoff at the fact that McDonalds can make a Big Mac only 590 calories, when it seems pretty easy to top that at home. (Especially because a lot of people, mostly guys, eat like at LEAST a 1/2lb burger, so that's 2x servings at 320 calories). I don't even think food like that should BE on the market. Sheesh.

Girl...I'm SO hungry right now! But I should just go to bed, but all your talk of burgers and cheese and Big Macs and spumoni ice cream!!! God! Anyway, I hope your tummy is feeling better. Hope you're not pregnant, either, unless you want to be! :) Oh, and the worst thing about that ground beef is the amount of saturated fat in it. Like a lot more than you'd think of something that's supposedly what?...87% "lean" or something? Crazy, isn't it? -------------------OMG! I just saw your activity level for today...you burned over 3500 calories??!! Holy crap! How do you DO that? I want in on that. Hell, if you didn't eat food (NOT recommended) you'd lose a pound on a day like that. Closest I've come to that was the 12 mile rugged hike! I'm the one that's envious... Anyway, hope you're feeling better now.

Nah nah D. I commented about it on your other journal, or my other journal... I think mine, lol - I think it's FS being WAY too liberal with the values for activities. I DID burn almost 750 calories in my workout tonight, but, in my mind, if I add 750 to 1500, I'm at about 2200 which seems... "closer". Eh who knows, lol. I definitely wouldn't have shown 3500 on a bodybugg most likely. I still have to get me one of those. Maybe by the time I do they'll have one that's waterproof :D
