same as a few weeks ago, nothing off and nothing on. I guess that's a good thing!!? could be worse for sure!!

I'm hoping that I've lost weight but gained muscle which is why my weight hasn't moved. my outer thigh's have hurt all week for the squats at LBT Monday and yoga on Thursday. tbh, they still hurt and I've got LBT tonight :-/ will be interesting!!

had an awful weekend at work. feel run down from the cold I've had all week, and just generally like s##t. if it wasn't for us needing the money to save to move, I think I'd seriously be considering handing in my notice. so sick and tired of being taken for granted, not so much as a thank you for staying longer than I'm supposed to, and feeling like I'm not good enough at my job, like I'm letting everyone down all the time. I've been there nearly 3years, and I've had my high's and low's, but right at this point in time, I really cant see how I can keep going with it :-(
181.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
