Weight isn't coming off like I want it too.

Exercise and eating have been great. Stress has been sky high. Wonder if there's something goin on there. I'll just keep trying to kick it up a notch.

Have a great week! It's finally March and spring is just around the corner.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

There is definitely something to be said for stress increasing the levels of cortisol in our body and working against weight loss efforts. Hope things calm down for you and you can get back to losing!! :)
