After 3 weeks for drinking 64 or more oz of water a day, I now only have to stop 3-4 times in a 11 hr driving shift lol. This has been a good week for hubby and I we have kept our calories in check and walked all but one day this week due to time. We are finding some nice walking areas along our route, today we walked in VA at a really nice truck only rest area, I really enjoy our walks. We did go out for dinner last night but shared a meal, it was just enough. Will be home tonight so weigh-in in the morning I really think I did good this week.
