the paleo diet is easy to maintain. At 71 years old i lost 25 pounds on it in 3 1/2 months. I took a break from it, and am now going back on it to loose another 20 pounds. It is kind of hard to give up all grains, so one day a week I eat anything I want, within moderation. This is the way to do it, according to Dr. Oz. Of course he says almost everything. I particularly like being able to drink red wine and enjoy a cave-man cocktail every now and then.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Way to go, Foxtale! I have given up wheat and corn. I useorganic brown rice protein powder in my shakes for a plant protein and I eat chicken and fish.
