Cereal with 1% milk 4 Oz 1 &1/2 Cups milk
Took Am Meds & 50 Units of insulin
Lunch was 8 oz pasta with sausage
Took Mid day Meds and 50 Units Insulin
I am off to do my monthly Shopping
