Day 1 of 42
Felt good. Ate 4 fruits and beans for 2 meals.
The shake made me crave. Ill try it without a banana and see how I feel.
Walked 1 mike in morning and 2 in afternoon. That really helped my craving cycle.
Focused on the good food I could have and felt great emotionally.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
