on vacation visiting my parents for a week. I can see this is going to be a real struggle not indulging in all the sweets, home made bread, and such that my parents eat and have around the house all the time. They live in a little community so getting fresh fruit and veggies is even a struggle. Weather has been cold and rainy so not even good for getting in some exercise. Blah!
