I've always had some sort of weight problem since I was a little girl and now that I'm a senior in high school, I need to get off my lazy butt and lose this weight.
About a year ago or so I was doing really good and losing weight with no problem. I wasn't eating as much as I used to, I wasn't drinking as much soda. I didn't exercise a whole bunch, but I tried to get at least push ups and sit ups in as much as I could. I was slimming down really nicely I was down to about 160 and then I got birth control. I know with birth control its mind of matter, a person has the ability to control how much they eat and what they yet, but I've also noticed its a lot harder to lose the weight and some that I've gained back. I'm not blaming my birth control on my weight problem by no means. It's my own fault and I need to get back on track to losing weight like I was before. (:
