I'm following a plan my brother put together for me. I weigh 220lbs and am not happy about that. This is the most I ever weighed. My calorie intake for a day is 1400: daily carbs are 175-193: daily protein is 70-105 grams: daily fat grams a day is 23-32. Wish me luck!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
