I'm baack! Here we go again!! Doing decent and have upped the exercise. Doing a variety of exercises daily. Walking, spin bike classes, and water fitness. My goal is five days a week with cardio and my "off days" walking. I have two weeks before I leave for Alabama so I am going to take advantage of the classes I have signed up for! Got to be strict since wedding in 6 weeks!! Known about it for a year but in the true Rhonda fashion wait until the last minute. My goal is to be at 180 lbs by (55 to go) Dec 2013.
