Where do I start? I've worked out on and off all my whole adult life. In the last four years it has been so difficult to keep my weight down ... my schedule is also busy! Recently, I went to the doctor and everything was great, but my cholesterol, I was shocked!!! I quickly changed my routine and how I eat, I started a new workout schedule where I get up at 3:00 A.M. get to the gym by 4:40 and work out hard until 600. I'm no different than anybody else, and the thought of having a heart attack or stroke scares me! Only problem is that I have such a fear of eating real food now that I'm sticking to only fruits and raw vegetables ... I know that's NOT healthy. What I really want is for this to be easy, not hard.
