I haven't recorded any food diaries for the past few days as I've been soo occupied and honestly been ashamed to because I have been "of track"!! Then there valentines day and then my b'day just days after..... Anyway! Having cleared that out!, I'm back on track! And ready to go. I had grapes today which isn't a good induction food AT ALL!! Ridiculous!!! But dusting off and moving forward.
