First day, I have been feeling very bloated lately and lethargic. Good time to do the hcg diet. I want to get down to 185 to 180 in 2 weeks. If I have the energy I will attempt to goto the gym, and get on the tradmill for 20 to 30 minutes daily. I feel myself feeling lighter today. I need o increase my water intake and increase tea intake and eliminate coffee by the end of this week.
