This is going to be very difficult for me to be extremely conscious about something that I have been taking for granted at the most part that have being said I feel that it will be rewarding for me at the very least and can have extremely positive effects on my life.

190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
