I am planning on going to the gym at least 3 times a week (slowly increasing the intensity). I want to not only lose weight, but become healthy, fit and hopefully eventually toned. My plan is to get down to my goal weight, while actively going to the gym. Depending on how I feel at my goal weight I may create a new goal or go to the gym more often. Once I am at my goal my final ideal plan is for the weight to stay off and for me to stay active. I'm going to try hard and hope for the best.
