Just found this site. Have been on diet since January 3 and have lost 12 lbs. Half way to my goal , but weight loss is really slowing down. Have been working out about 4 times per week using biggest loser dvdand Leslie S.'s 3 mile walk dvd. Only lost half a lb. last week and I wasn't cheating. I need a weight loss boost.....
