two steps forward and one step back. In spite of big worries, and drinking wine, I am getting closer to 125 - my new target. The low carb is easy, but the antibiotics I was taking were making it hard on my system. I am sure today is a bit of a fluctuation, and that tomorrow I will weigh 127, or so. But, I am headed in the right direction. The menieres thing has been tough, and my leg has been too sore to exercise for the last week. No worries, I have plenty of other exercises I can do.
