just a good first week. eating good and i didnt go overboard on my cheat day. i gradually did better on the bike everyday. this week im going to start actually lifting weights
313.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 168.0 lb a week
