I have lost 25 lbs! I was really hoping it was more since I have been on it for almost 5 months BUT I guess it makes sense because I have gone off of it like 4 times for a week or 2 each time and every time I go off it takes me another week or 2 to start loosing weight again. Plus I haven't worked out one single time since I started...sooooo Hey I lost 25 lbs!!!! I am choosing to look at the good instead of dwelling on the fact that I wanted it to be more...
275.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 135.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
