I'm not sure what went wrong. Possibly muscle gain from the extra exercise? Possibly water weight gain from my time of the month this week? I'll usually gain about 3 pounds in water weight. Hopefully that's all this is. Hoping for a much better number next week.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
