So, today is day 1 on this new fatsecret. I usually use fitday, but this one has a lot of options and stuff. My goal is 8lbs in 3 weeks, which seemed plausable.....5 weeks ago....now I might only hope for 3lbs. I work 5 days a week (tue-sun) and my job is so tiring that it makes me almost impossible to work-out before I go to work. Right now I have to leave for work in an hour...yet I am sitting on the computer, when I could be swimming laps in the pool! What is wrong with me? I am tired all the time, bla bla bla. So! I shall try my little heart out and see if I get any results. YAY!
