I hit ww goal of 155 in Sept.2010. I was so pleased with myself and how my clothes fit! I would stand in front of the mirror and say "Yes!I did it". I swore to myself that I would never allow myself to gain more than 2 pounds over goalever again. Well,here I am again. Age and retiring from my part time job has played a big part in the gain, but it seems no matter how good I am or how hard I try, I just can't lose and almost can't keep from gaining.
This week I am starting over. We are going to Mexico April 28 and I intend to weigh 155. My first goal. I really want to weigh 145-149.
I have a fitbit and I'm determined. I hope this site helps me reach my goal.
