YAY!!! Down another pound, my hard work of cutting out snacks paid off, although I have been sick and sleep deprived and was only able to make it to the gym 1 time this past week, I only did the home workout 2 times. I did walk at work every day though, I'm sure that helped. Hopefully this week will be better as far as exercise goes, I will continue with the no snack routine. I am happy with my weight loss so far. It has been 6 weeks and I didn't lose my 20lbs I hoped to lose, but in all actuality, that was unreasonable. This is par with what I lost about 6 years ago in the same time frame, so I am very happy that the weight is finally coming off. I know if I remain committed to this I will eventually lose all the weight I want to.
