This week I've decided to try the No-No Challenge. Dairy is my huge, huge nemesis. Simply put, I don't do well on cow's milk...anything, really. But I can't seem to stay away from it, especially cheese. It makes me nauseous, it makes me break out even above and beyond my "normal" hormonal acne...it's just not good for me.
So, I guess I'll try some of the vegan cheeses out there. I've already stocked up on some almond milk, which everybody here seems to like WAY more than soy milk. I've grown up on soy milk, but Keith hasn't, so that's always been a problem when I've wanted to substitute things for cow's milk.
