Busy and somewhat stressful day. But kept cals under RDI.
Got exercise in by mowing yard for 2 1/2 hrs. Just wish I was able to get my yoga in. That does help me feel less stressed. Sometimes family, goodness knows I love 'em, are such a drain. Maybe I'll start the day tomorrow with my yoga...
The annoying person posting on the Challenge I am in is very rude. I wish the moderator would kick her off. I don't know if they can do that or not. She SO obviously has other issues. Just tired of reading her rants. Stick a blueberry in it, drama queen.
