Hello everyone,

I am a health enthusiast, but do tend to get lazy and over eat at times. My favourites include comfort foods like white rice and loads of yummy lentils/curries. however, fast foods like Mc Donalds, Burger king, Pizzas are strictly off my plate and everybody else who eats with me.:P. I can exercise immense self-control if I put my mind to something. Basically the taurean nature tends me to sway towards stability to the extent of boring and routine. But I LOVE it. I am fond of protein intake, internet browsing on everything that I eat and consume, and a compulsive preacher on healthy eating, exercise, and overall well-being including spiritual and other aspects. If this passion overtakes me, I'd even love to give up my present MBA career to become a qualified full-time nutritionist or a dietician.

Join me and share my passion for food as well as a thin waist. I'd love to hear more from everyone on a journey around, their ups and downs in this journey, and even share a few laughs along the way. I don't think much or judge anyone. Makes everyone's life easy.
