The last few weeks have been dealing with a large toe which was broken with a laceration that required 6 stitches. Have had to sit around for several weeks as the bone and cut repaired itself. Starting again on my diet and exercise. Let's hope that I am more successful this time.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
