I have fought my weight my whole life and as an adult I have been plagued with back injuries.

Last year I started working with a personal trainer and lost 45lbs! However last April my trainer moved and graceful me fell off a ladder and have had issues with my ankle ever since. I have been given the clear to start working out again and boy-o-boy am I ready!!!

Over the past year I have managed to keep off 35 of the original 4slbs I lost.

I am ready to get healthy and FIT!!!
