Time for changes.
A lot of things have changed since I last did anything on here, and I'm planning to start the Keto diet come the end of the month, early March. I still have to get my measurements and I actually plan to occasionally get records of my blood sugars as I do this, which I will keep in a weekly journal on here.
I'll make my writing journals on Sunday, and I actually intend to start the diet on March 8th, not February 28th as I've put on here, it just seems to be given me a bit of a time changing that to so far from the current date.
I have a lot of faith in myself right now to make this work, simply because it's come time to make some form of serious change in my life... I'd lost some weight a few months ago, and since put it back on, and then some, so it hadn't been a proper lifestyle change like what I actually need. I will keep to this, because I've started to follow the Keto thing on reddit which is where my friend who had amazing results directed me for my information on it, and some of the stories are absolutely amazing. And it's all because they changed their life style.
Anyway, that's all for this journal, I will be posting again getting closer to my start date with my full game plan.
