I doing well on the Daniel fast in terms of keeping to what it is but I can go overboard with the whole wheat pasta and brown rice. I learned and still learning about keeping my blood sugar level. Slow but steady weight loss and I get so impatient with myself. I turn to God and ask Him for strength to help me stay on this fast
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
