O-oh.
Focusing on other health things... going for the quickest food available in hectic times... giving up & feeling depressed...
What am I doing?
Lack of exercise is killing me. Not that I was the marathon type before, but I need get on that stupid stationary bike until I am allowed to walk/run again.
130.7 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
