Well... it seems this calorie counting thing is working just fine!! SO happy with my weigh in this morning!! Down 3lbs from last week. Happy day! And I'm not hungry, not giving up foods I like, not feeling deprived. And with the "extra" calories I don't use during the week... I can "save" them and splurge a bit on Saturdays. Making progress feels WONDERFUL!!!
