Have totally fallen off the wagon until yesterday, Sunday Feb 10. I have a terrible cold & didn't eat so much yesterday, so I'm down somewhat today. Have been going crazy on desserts & chocolate & no exercise. Was hoping to get back to it today byt still feel crappy.
