Well apparently I have hit a plateau :{ Having never had this happen before in any previous diets I am quite discouraged. I lost 1/4lb, it is still a loss, but a very small one. This week I plan on exercising more, and cutting my calories. I have been consuming about 1500/cal daily, and I believe I really need to get it down to around 1000. Unfortunately I have already consumed over half of that today, and I feel I've hardly eaten anything. I will cut out snacks, and cut my cereal consumption, make all sandwiches 1/2, and really measure any soups or other foods I eat. I also plan on incorporating an evening exercise program, my goal is a walk for 30-45min. Hopefully next week this work will pay off.
