It is becoming very real to me that what you eat is what you are. I have eaten like crap the past few days and today I feel like crap. I did have fun yesterday riding our dirt bikes but I should not have stayed up so late. And, my neck really hurts from yesterday. I am afraid I might have strained my right neck muscles or something along those lines. Even driving is painful. Tonight is going to be busy with all the girl scout stuff and Jon being on watch so who knows what is for dinner. I am learning it does make it harder to count calories when you make things at home (ex Shepards pie) because you don't know exactly how much is a serving or anything. I guess you would add all the calories up for all the ingredients and divide by how many servings you want but still. I need motivation, I gained weight but that is expected due to this weekend.
