I didn't loose 5 pounds that is what I weigh at peak during the day yesterday I weighted 170 and i do not know how to change it and that is how much i weighed today
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
