I started a juice fast at 6:00pm yesterday. It is going well, but I'm getting hungry. I need to get my juice. Hold on. I'm drinking a kale, carrot, red leaf lettuce, apple and ginger juice. It has a little bit of ginger. You can't even taste it. I was thinking of eating lunch- solid foods. As soon as I start thinking of food that means I need to drink my juice. I'm writing this during my lunch time. It is now 11:45 a.m. The day has gone by fast. Yes! 4 more working days and we have a 3 day weekend. Not sure what we will do, but certainly will enjoy the 3 day weekend.
