i didn't weight myself in the morning i got up and drink hot green tea until working out my breakfast is yoghurt with a little muesli (about 90 cals) my lunch is chicken, veggies and potato and i ate vegetable soup(sukiyaki) which contains only veggies, mushroom and chicken for dinner in the early evening i ate fruit but it's low cals
