Let's try this again and do it right this time. I not only have to do it for myself, but I need to do it for my family. I really do not want my kids to grow up with weight issues. My son is pretty much there and I need to do something about it. My husband is no better and really should do it for medical reasons. Please give me the will power to be able to lose the weight and keep it off forever.
