I ate 151 calories over my daily limit and it did not seem that much throughout the day. I know I can make better choices.
My difficulty today was in eating out for lunch. There were not enough veggies during the day, although I did quite well for dinner. My salad tonight was absolute flavour and satisfaction. I mixed green leafy lettuce, 2 oz cubed roast chicken breast, 1/3 yellow pepper chopped in large pieces, 4 sprigs cilantro, chopped sections from 1/2 grapefruit tossed with olive oil and lime juice. I used an olive oil infused with chippolini onions and cilantro. It was a very flavourable salad.

Actually, I made my comment too soon. I entered everything on this site, and the numbers turned out better. I could not find my real items at Tims' as they ahve not updated their items. I tried to find items that were simil. Anyway,ar in values compared to what I actually ate. FatSecret allows me 85 more calories per day than another site I used to determine my calorie count. Phew! Exercize or activity on a daily basis would be much better, but there is no time if I have to cook at night as well as exercise.
