Well I still have 445 calories for today and it is 835 and I really don't want to eat nor would I know what to eat besides ice cream!! Stephen, myself and the dog did go for our walk tonight but it wasn't right when we got home. Stephen needed a nap and wouldn't nap then wanted to eat and wouldn't finish because he was so tired so he napped while I made dinner. We went for a walk after dinner while Jon finished cleaning up from dinner. It was nice cooking but not cleaning in a way. I also did at least an hour of housework when I got home. Although work was a bit stressful today I did well with not eating horribly. I do want to splurge and get starbucks tomorrow but I don't know. I would like to go run but jon is on watch tomorrow so that is out because I can't get up as early as I would need to nor do I want to run in the dark even if I took the pup. When I ran my .5 miles before pt today my knee really started to hurt and now after my walk my left knee really hurts again. Hope the ice and advil work!
